We position the new tap through the existing mounting hole, fit the required washers and fixing hardware, and secure it firmly beneath the sink, basin or benchtop. The hot and cold flexible hoses are then connected to the correct water supply points, with all seals and fittings tightened carefully to prevent leaks. We also check the tap is straight, stable and able to move freely without contacting nearby walls, splashbacks or fixtures.
