Every toilet replacement quote from us covers the full job, not just the fixture swap. Here’s what’s included:
- Removal and disposal of your old toilet, so you’re not left dealing with it yourself.
Installation of the new suite, whether you’ve supplied it yourself or we’re supplying and installing it for you. - Leak and blockage testing once the new toilet is in place, to make sure everything’s working properly before we leave.
- Workmanship warranty on the job, so if anything goes wrong down the track, we’ll sort it. If you’ve supplied the toilet, the workmanship is covered by us and the product itself by the retailer.
We quote every job based on what you actually need, so if yours involves extra work like fitting a new pan collar for an older concreted-in toilet, or running new drainage for a relocation, that gets factored into your quote upfront onsite rather than added on as a surprise later.
