Good morning, I needed a plumber fairly quickly and using the net got you first and did not look any further. You sent Aaron to do the job and we want to say how very satisfied we are with what he did for us. There was a problem which he discussed with us and sorted it out. Grant did an excellent job for us, coming along on time, explaining his plan, ensuring it met our needs and factored in some features to allow our new kitchen to be more easily installed any day now. The workmanship was excellent. He came across as a friendly, talkative and polite chap who respected the fact that he had been invited into our private home. I should also mention his tolerance. I was glad to see him laugh when I poured half a cup of cold coffee down the sink ( with the drain pipes removed and him hard at work under the sink ).

Apart from getting the whole job done very promptly, the two guys who did the installation, whose name I can’t remember, did a terrific job. They managed to fit the unit without disturbing the vegetation any more than absolutely necessary, and, despite it being a fairly complicated job, they did it without any complaints and a very positive attitude throughout.
